Your venue rental is a flat rate - but some choices naturally increase the overall investment of your wedding day:

  • Weekend Dates (Friday–Sunday)
    These are our most popular days and carry higher rental rates due to demand and full-day use.

  • Full-Day Access
    More hours on the property means more support, earlier prep, and a longer celebration window.

  • Larger Guest Counts (100–200)
    While your rental rate stays the same, more guests often mean higher bar costs, more décor, more rentals, and additional vendor needs.

We handle all table/chair setup and post-event breakdown, so your family & friends can simply enjoy the day.

Onsite Support Team
Our friendly staff is already included and will be present during your event to assist with all venue logistics (lighting, bathrooms, trash, etc.)

Tables & Chairs for your full guest count (up to 200 max capacity)
No need to rent - everything is included and set up for you. Round tables and luxury folding chairs.

Huge Included Decor Inventory (and optional upgrades)
Access our curated collection of arbors, signs, table décor, lanterns, candles, and more (included at no extra charge). See it here!

Indoor + Outdoor Venue Access - Ceremony, Cocktail, and Reception
Enjoy 360º mountain views and a stunning modern barn - with flexible indoor/outdoor flow for ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.

Final Touches Suite Access

  • Can You Share a Real Example Of Your Venue's TOTAL Cost?

  • What Hours do we get access to the venue?


    Full Day Friday-Sunday Weddings: 11 am - 11 pm
    Full Day Monday-Thursday Weddings: 12 pm - 10:00 pm
    Half Day Weddings: 1 pm-9 pm
    Elopement Ceremony: 3 Hours (exact 3 Hour Block determined between you and venue management)

  • Can Extra Hours Be Added to the Half Day Wedding Package?


    Thank you for asking! Extra hours cannot be added to our Half Day Wedding Package. If you’re interested in a longer day, we offer a Full Day Wedding Package to accommodate that!

  • Do You offer Payment Plans?



    Absolutely! Our Payment Plan is:

    50% of the Venue Fee to reserve your date (with signed Venue Agreement)
    75% of the Venue Fee is due 6 Months out from your wedding date
    100% of the Venue Fee is due 90 days out from your wedding date.

    Elopement Package Payment Plan is:
    50% of the Venue Fee to reserve your date (with signed Venue Agreement)
    Remaining 50% of the Venue Fee due 90 days out from yoru wedding date.

  • What is the venue's capacity?



    The venue’s Fire Code Capacity is up to 200 guests. For maximum comfort, we like to recommend 175 guests or fewer. We also have our own maximums based on your wedding day package.

    Monday-Thursday or Half Day Weddings: 150 guests
    Friday-Sunday Weddings: 200 guests
    Elopement Ceremony: 20 guests

  • What Are Your Vendor Policies?



    We require professional vendors who carry liability insurance for all wedding service categories. Catering must have a full team with service/cleanup staff. Exceptions are made for Officiant and Dessert (these don’t have to be pros). We have a Vendor Guide you can use or you can hire outside of our Vendor Guide with prior approval from Venue Management.

  • Are we allowed to hang decor in the ceiling?


    Hanging decor/florals/lighting in our ceiling/on chandeliers is absolutely allowed. It must be performed by a professional event installation team that carries liability insurance and has been approved by venue management. The venue also has an in-house installation team that would be happy to provide a quote for your design.

  • What is the Inclement Weather Policy?



    While we don’t cancel or reschedule events due to inclement weather, our team is prepared to make your day incredible no matter what the weather! We can adjust for an indoor ceremony, we have an in-house stock of clear umbrellas, and are even able to just briefly postpone your ceremony start time to let storms pass. We’ve got your back!

  • Does the Venue Have Other Decor that Is Optional and Could be an Additional Cost?


    We do! If you hire our Installation Team to hang decor/florals/lighting, that will be an additional cost. We also have 8’ Farmhouse Tables that are $175 per table, an additional cost. All of these things are separate from the venue fee. They are also EXTRAS and 100% not required to have a wedding here. You get to decide! Remember, standard decor placement that doesn’t involve hanging/installation is included (chairs, tables, arbor, etc).

  • Do We need Event Insurance?

    Great question - yes. The cost depends on a few things, but you can anticipate spending between $180-$225 for your insurance. You can get your policy through places like WedSafe, WedSure, and EventHelper.

  • Month of Coordinator at Vista View Events | A Wedding Venue in Colorado with Lake and Mountain Views

    Is a Wedding Coordinator Required?

    A Month-Of Wedding Coordinator is required for all Full and Half Day Weddings. We work exclusively with Chelsea Cholas Wedding Planning (CCWP).   • What is Your Bar/Alcohol Policy?

    We carry a Tavern Liquor License. All Bar and Mocktail Packages come from the venue. We have multiple Bar Package options that all include fantastic service & everything you need for an amazing wedding bar. Click Here for full Bar Package details.
